As is
Socket is software: a catalog of smart-contract templates and a dashboard to deploy and manage them on Robinhood Chain. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts can have bugs and can lose funds. You use them at your own risk.
No custody
We never hold your funds or your keys. Contracts you deploy are owned by your wallet. Value inside them is controlled by their code, not by us. We cannot reverse transactions or recover lost keys.
Trust tiers
Every module shows a trust tier. Tested means automated tests only, with no human review. Reviewed means a person checked the code against a checklist; it is not an external audit. Only a module with a paid external audit report attached carries the third tier. A tier is information, not a guarantee.
No promises of returns
Nothing here is investment advice. No module promises a yield, an APY or any return. Rewards depend entirely on what creators and users put in.
Fees
Deploying is free. Contracts charge a protocol fee on certain value flows, never above 1%, fixed into each contract at deploy. The exact numbers are shown before you sign.
Emergency stops
A guardian key can halt a module: new deploys and new entries stop, while withdrawals and claims keep working. It cannot move your funds.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the settings you choose, for complying with the laws that apply to you, and for what you tell your community about contracts you deploy.
