Holder economy

Hold to earn, plus a socket pool whose trading fee feeds the same rewards: stakers earn WETH and your token from pons fees and from trades in your pool.

This pons recipe takes 2 transactions: one to deploy everything, then one to make your PonsFeeSink your fee recipient on pons.

What it does

Holder economy

Hold to earn, plus a socket pool whose trading fee feeds the same rewards.

Holders burn your launch token to mint an NFT, stake it in a vault, and earn two rewards: WETH from your ETH fees, and your own token from your pons token fees and from mint proceeds. The ETH fees come from two places: your pons fees, and a small fee (at most 1%) on every trade in your socket pool.

One transaction deploys six modules, all owned by your wallet: a staking vault, a burn-to-mint NFT, a fee splitter, a pons fee sink, a fee router and a volume observer. Two more transactions finish the setup:

1. make the sink your pons fee recipient (`transferCreatorFeeRecipient`), and 2. create the socket pool from the same wallet. The deploy page prepares it, with the fee router and the observer in the stack.

- **Mints:** each payment is split. Your chosen share is burned for real; the rest seeds the stakers' token rewards. - **ETH fees (pons and trading):** the stakers' share is wrapped to WETH and dripped to stakers; the rest goes to your team wallet. - **Token fees:** the stakers' share is dripped to stakers; the rest is burned.

Socket fees are charged once per inflow: on mint payments (MintProceeds lane), when fees leave the pons escrow (PonsFees lane), and when trading-fee income is collected from the socket (SwapFee lane). Hops between the modules are never charged again.

The parts, deployed together

A recipe is only as trusted as its lowest-tier part, and caps follow that tier.

  1. Step 1

    Staking vault v1

    Pays your stakers

    Protocol fee per lane
    LaneFee
Reward fundingwhen anyone adds rewards (fund), or rewards are collected from a reward source (pull)0.5%

Fees are fixed into each contract at deploy and can never change for it. Claims, withdrawals and refunds are never charged. Hard cap 1%, written into the code.

  2. Step 2

    Burn-to-mint NFT v1

    Burn your token to mint

    Protocol fee per lane
    LaneFee
Mint paymentson every paid mint (ETH or token), on the full price, before it is split1%already at the hard maximum
Mint paymentswhen settle() routes tokens that were sent to the contract directly1%already at the hard maximum

Fees are fixed into each contract at deploy and can never change for it. Claims, withdrawals and refunds are never charged. Hard cap 1%, written into the code.

  3. Step 3

    Fee splitter v1

Splits your pons fees and trading fees

    Protocol fee per lane
    LaneFee
Splitter inflowwhen money enters from outside Socket (deposits and direct transfers). Free when it comes from your pons fee sink, and free on the way out to your vault.0.5%

Fees are fixed into each contract at deploy and can never change for it. Claims, withdrawals and refunds are never charged. Hard cap 1%, written into the code.

  4. Step 4

    Pons fee sink v1

    Receives your pons fees

    Protocol fee per lane
    LaneFee
pons creator feesonce, on every pons fee collected (ETH and tokens). Nothing more is charged when the sink hands it to your splitter or vault.0.5%

Fees are fixed into each contract at deploy and can never change for it. Claims, withdrawals and refunds are never charged. Hard cap 1%, written into the code.

  5. Step 5

    Socket trading fee v1

Takes the trading fee in your socket pool

    Protocol fee per lane
    LaneFee
Socket hooklet incomeon the fee income when it is collected (0.50% of the income, not of the trade)0.5%

Fees are fixed into each contract at deploy and can never change for it. Claims, withdrawals and refunds are never charged. Hard cap 1%, written into the code.

  6. Step 6

    Trade tracker v1

    Counts trades and volume

No protocol fee on this module.

Risks in plain English

  • Three transactions: the deploy, making the sink your pons fee recipient, and creating the socket pool from the same wallet.
  • The trading fee runs only on trades made through your socket pool. Trades straight on pons pay no socket fee, and the swap page always shows the cheaper direct price next to yours.
  • The recipe's tier is the lowest of its parts, and caps apply to how much the vault can hold.
  • Step 2 moves your future pons fees to the sink. Claim what is already credited to your wallet first.
  • Staked NFTs sit in the vault. Stakers can always take them back, even if you pause it.

What if…

What if I never create the socket pool?
Hold to earn still works on pons fees and mint proceeds. The trading fee simply never runs.
What if trading stops?
No new fees, so no new rewards. Stakers keep what has already dripped and can claim it any time.
What if the fee hooklet breaks?
The socket skips it after three failures in an hour and the Socket guardian can switch it off. The pool keeps trading either way.
What if I want a different split later?
The splitter changes through a public 72-hour timelock, unless you locked it forever. It applies to pons fees and trading fees alike.
